Our Story

How Krendosher Came to Be

Krendosher Properties Ltd was founded in 2011 by property veterans who saw an opportunity: institutional investors needed a management partner who was equally fluent in operational excellence and financial reporting. We built our practice from that insight. Today, we manage 240+ commercial properties across the UK, ranging from small office suites to large mixed-use portfolios.

Our approach is direct: transparent reporting, data-driven decisions, and a focus on preserving and enhancing asset value. We don't overcomplicate things. We identify cost inefficiencies, strengthen tenant relationships, coordinate maintenance strategically, and present findings in language that speaks to fund boards and investor committees.
